Omelette with capsicum, mushroom and sprouts

Omelette is one of the easiest dishes one can make. There are hundreds of individuals who can cook nothing but omelette.  Here is another delicious omelette recipe that you can try.


  • 8 Eggs
  • 10-12 chopped mushrooms
  • 1 medium sized red capsicum, finely chopped
  • 2 medium sized onions, finely chopped
  • 4 chopped green chilies
  • 1 cup mixed sprouts blanched
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
How to prepare:
  1. Break 2 eggs in a bowl, add salt and beat well.
  2. Take a nonstick pan, add one tbsp oil
  3. Heat the oil and add one fourth portion of onions and green chilies and cook for a minute
  4. Add beaten egg and stir. Add one fourth portion of mushrooms, red bell pepper and mixed sprouts.
  5. Cook till the egg sets then flip it to cook other side for one minute
  6. Serve immediately and similarly prepare other omelettes.
