Green tea is known to have ample of health benefits and it is easy to prepare as well.


  • 3 green tea bags
  • 1 ½ inch piece of ginger, grated
  • Brown sugar to taste
How to prepare green tea:
  1. Boil five cup of water in a pan
  2. Add grated ginger
  3. Bring to boil again and keep on low flame for 1 or 2 minutes
  4. Mix in brown sugar
  5. Take off from stove and add tea bags
  6. Let them steep for 1 or 2 minutes and strain
  7. Dish up hot
