Another quick recipe- Dahi ki subzi

Here is another quick recipe, which can be prepared in 20 minutes. Has a great tangy flavor from the yogurt.

Ingredients

1 big onion sliced

1 teaspoon turmeric powder

Salt- To taste

1 teaspoon- chili powder

2 cups yogurt

½ cup- Crumbled paneer

1 tablespoon- Oil – ( Oil spray can be used as well)

 

Instructions

Saute Onions in oil in a non stick pan ( oil spray can be used as well)

  1. Once onions are light brown, add turmeric, salt and chili powder, sauté for a few seconds
  2. Add yogurt, keep stirring frequently and bring to boil
  3. Add crumbled paneer and cook for a couple of minutes.

 

Quick and simple dahi ki subzi is ready, can be served with Chapatti, paratha or rice.
